Full Time Position
A position as an Associate with Dolce & Deluca Investments requires a proven, successful sales and/or entrepreneurial track record. Successful experience as a real estate broker or agent, however, is not required. New Associates will learn how to evaluate, market, and sell investment real estate properties valued in excess of $1 million, operating in a commission-only environment and working towards Advisor status. The work is exciting and particularly challenging, especially during your the first year, but the payoffs are tremendous!
Expectations
As an Associate you will attend Dolce & Deluca Investments week-long Training and Orientation, which will teach you all aspects of the investment real estate brokerage business. Each new Associate is assigned to a carefully chosen Senior Advisor who will serve as a mentor. This mentor will be responsible in assisting you in the development of a successful career. In addition to ongoing training received from your mentor, you will attend weekly Activity Review meetings to help guide progress, and weekly online training workshops to review important aspects of the brokerage business.
Qualifications
New Associates will be required to obtain a real estate salesperson's license prior to officially starting their career with Dolce & Deluca Investments, and prior cold calling experience is preferred. The firm will hire only those applicants who, in the firm's opinion, will have the ability to earn a six-figure income by their second year in the business. Advisor status will be awarded after the successful completion of four or more investment real estate transactions.
